SEALEDTITLES
Sealed titles are factory-sealed video games, never opened, in their original packaging. The evaluation is based on four main parameters: BC (Box Condition) which analyzes the overall condition of the box, SQ (Seal Quality) which verifies the integrity of the original seal, CG (Color Gloss) which evaluates the vibrancy and brightness of printed colors, and SI (Structural Integrity) which examines the physical integrity of the packaging.
Each parameter is analyzed individually and contributes to the final evaluation through a weighted average.
PARAMETERS ANDNOMENCLATURE
The parameters used for sealed titles are also used for Brand New and NIB titles, the difference is that the seal is not evaluated as it is not present and all other parameters are reweighted proportionally.
Brand New are titles that should not have seals but are factory new never opened, while NIB are New In Box titles that are all those titles that inside are new never extracted and used, but the box has been opened for inspection and control leaving visible signs.
For these items, X-ray scanning is mandatory to verify that they are actually in this state and provide a detailed and documented guarantee to the collector.
CIBCOMPLETE IN BOX
By CIB titles we mean all those video games, consoles or accessories that have been used, opened or utilized and the state of conservation of each part that composes it is evaluated.
The parameters used for the evaluation are reported in the certificate tag that you will find in your graded title which contribute to a weighted average to obtain the final grade.
RARE ANDEXCLUSIVE ITEMS
Collectibles are rare and exclusive items that fall outside standard industrial production, this category includes EPROM samples for example, which were items delivered by manufacturers to video game magazines to write reviews of upcoming titles, or press kits or limited editions not sold on the market.
