What is actually certified

What it certifies
The company quality management system: how procedures are written, how controls are recorded, how a non-conformity and a complaint are handled, how improvement is verified over time. What is assessed is the way we work, and it is reviewed periodically by a third party.
What it does not certify
It is not a stamp on the single grade, nor a guarantee on the outcome of an evaluation: TGMGrading is not an ISO certified service, it is a service delivered inside a certified management system. The grade comes from the method and from the panel of experts; the standard makes sure that method is always applied the same way.
